DREAM HANGOVER

So I started having these hangovers after very very Vivid very real dreams. They weren't hangovers like from drugs or alcohol. I woke up, and went about my business. I was doing my normal wake up Routine Morning things. 

However, I was still in the dream. I was awake but awake and still in the dream. For instance I had a dream of my Arctic Beauty, B r y n j a. 

Jo anne had drugged me knocked me out and take me on a boat for 3 days to Iceland. I awoke right as we were approaching Reykjavik Harbor. Just next to Kopavogur. At that point the boat had separated into two boats. It was festive on our ship. Like a booze cruise.  Fun fun and there were lights on the boat people were dressed well they had cocktails in their hands, there was music.

 Jo Anne brought me to the hull of the boat. At that point I could tell one boat was headed back to United States - one boat was staying in Iceland. I looked at the other boat that had breached from our boat and become its own thing. And they're standing on that boat dressed elegantly and very very sexual or sensual actually was Brynja., . we were both elated and you can just tell there was an overwhelming happiness of a longing fulfilled. Although Jo anne loved me apparently she loved me enough to pass me on to this woman. It was her decision and done without my consent, BUT I TRUSTED HER IMPLICITLY.  It was melancholy because I love Jo Anne and this was likely the last time we would see each other. We kissed smiling and she shoots me with her hands.

So I jump ship and I chose Iceland and Brynja. I yelled "so I guess I'm staying! You okay with that?" then we ran into each other's arms started hugging and kissing crying. And Joanne seems happy with that and so did I. There was a sense of loss because Joanne was leaving and I knew I'd never see her again as her boat drifted back to the United States. 

Brynja  said we will get married in the morning in her beautiful Icelandic accent. I felt that was a given and it seemed as though I died and gone to heaven-  even as Brynja is not my ideal perfect heaven. Or is she? OKAY THAT WAS THE DREAM.

HERE'S THE HANGOVER:

I woke up made a disgusting cup of instant coffee. Then I began to have a conversation with Brynja in my kitchen. She was on a machine which was a futuristic life support machine. She was deflated and it was slowly bringing the mass and the cells of her body back up into reality back up into life. Like a slowly inflating balloon. We were talking.  It was her there's no question about that. We were speaking about our marriage which was coming up that day. I knew I was in Iceland I was absolutely certain I was.  I was overwhelmed by such a permanent decision made in haste but I was all-IN.  I said "I need a drink" MIND YOU I AM AWAKE AND DRINKING COFFEE IN MY KITCHEN.  I looked out the window and saw the beautiful Icelandic landscape. So it's MY window I'm looking out to see Iceland. I went to my desk and I grabbed my keys. I asked her where is the closest LQ. She said "Idon't understand what is LQ? "I said a liquor store. She called her son Stephan, he said "just go down Tikka my mygur and it's on the right".  so I went out the front door to my car then I turned around and I shouted Do you drive on the left hand or the right hand of the street here and Iceland? That's when I realized I was not in Iceland I was in Redlands so I went to my landlord's front door and knocked. I explained all of this to Heidi. She asked me if I had been dropping acid again. I was devastated to realize that I actually wasn't in Iceland that I actually wasn't marrying Brynja and that I actually wasn't there with her...

Now this is only one I've about for hangovers I've had for my dreams. The others were just as convincing just as tangible just as realistic as this. The come down to these hangovers is that a skewed reality however pleasing and appealing it may be was just that ,,, skewed non reality. Now these have been continuing for the past 3 weeks. I'm enjoying them and I think there's a lot more to them there was being said here. I will continue to document these and hopefully continue to have these. There are three more that I will detail here on the blog site.
